It was all really great and Richelle definitely knows how to write characters. I think the character development in this book was AMAZING! Rose hitting rock bottom and building herself up. I think the way Richelle Mead created the bond between Rose and Lissa was a great way to have Lissa and the other academy students present. Meeting Dimitri's family and learning more about. It was amazing to see Rose finally do something for herself. Review 2: I had a really productive day apparently and finished a lot of books I was almost done.
Not a bad book, but I rated the last 2 books a 5 so this was disappointing The plot goes like this: first it's dragging filled with plot fillers, then it's frustrating and I hate when books frustrate me, finally in the last 100 pages or less the plot finally picks up into something exciting and ends with a twist. Blood Promise is probably the weakest book so far in the series, hopefully the last 2 arent like this. Review 1: Im torn between rating a 3 or a 4 star, i settled for 3 out of respect for my other 4 star books.
